Charles H. Young
Charles H. Young has practiced law since 1973, concentrating in business transactions and organizations, trademarks, commercial law, and estate planning and administration. He has served as lead counsel on mergers, stock acquisitions, and asset acquisitions ranging in size from small transactions to those requiring Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings with the Federal Trade Commission.
He attended Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois where he obtained his Bachelor's degree cum laude in 1970. He then attended the University of Illinois College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree with honors in 1973 and was a member of the Order of the Coif and on the law review.
